As soon as possible, localization is ongoing, so be sure we will announce it as soon as German is available. We just cannot give an exact date yet, we are all working hard though.

Maybe I bought the game a little bit too early. But of course its ok, keep going.

I´ve already buy Panzer Corps too and waiting also for the german update. My advise for you: Play Panzer General 3D until the german update for Panzer Corps is released. I also play it in moment.

The issue is not the translation - the issue is the German release at retail. We need to synch up the release of the German version with the retail release. We're trying to confirm the dates for that but its difficult because so many people are on holiday.

Or just play the game in English. Even if your english is rather bad it's not like you need to understand huge amount of dialogues like in a RPG. The only time where a longer text appear on the screen in PzC are the briefings and debriefings but they are easy to understand anyway and serve mostly as flavor. Even if you do not fully understand them you can play the game. Withing the game there are just few terms you need to know and in worst case you can look them up in a dictionary. As a bonus you learn a tiny bit more of english which is always good.

Of course you are right. I can play this game without understanding everything. I know how to move units and attack with them. But this is only the main thing. The reason why I miss the german manual is to go deeper in gameplay mechanics.

Understanding only 90% of everything is sometimes a bit frustrating. The missing 10% are the ones that allow me to really have fun playing the game. So sometimes I won/lost a fight and thought ´was it me? was it luck?´. Going to a gunfight with a knife in your hand is a really bad idea.

But as I already metioned above, it is ok. Sometimes Goo*piiiep*e helps me out.

Got an idea

The English manual is freely available (was even before release ),
so if the German manual is already finished, why just not make it available for download ASAP as a marketing instrument too?

It will those who are still a little reluctant, cause of their language barrier , encourage to order the english download version immediately.
and also generate 'another positive news' in the German-only speaking community (Game magazines, game-forums, social networks, etc.) to let them storm their local Media Markt, Saturn and even Gamestop on release day for the box version
