After 3 scenarios (Poland, Norway, Low Countries) I got 3 SE units.
After next scenario (France) I don't got anything.

Why?
What the rules about SE units?
What the maximum of SE units?

You can have only 3 Elite Units.

It's so bad..

@Hoook, although you can only get 3 SE units, they don't take up a deployment slot so it's like getting 3 extra slots per map. Just make sure to place them all before you deploy the last allowable unit. It's a little quirk, but once all the slots are used up, you can't place any of the SE units you may have left. Also, SE units can be upgraded just like other units (though their upgrade options are more limited).

I think it will crash the game balance.

Maby by reducing the core by 2, and the bonus up to 5 slots
I know its possible to change it so you can buy SE units,
but its more fun to get them by dececive victorys.

At the moment, there is no option to mod the number of elite units you get.

Tomato, tomatoe. The developers are aware of the problem, but, in the meantime, just make sure to place them before you use the last deployment slot.

more like Right - Wrong.... but as long as it is on the "Issues To Fix" list is all that matters.

There is a work-around, however. If you want to have more than 3 SE units, it is possible to open the scenario editor, add X amount of SE units to the scenario that starts the campaign (Poland) and then you carry these SE units with you for your entire campaign.

As for changing your core size, there are cheats for that:

thanks for your answer, but I cant find the line where I could change amount of SE units

in the scenario params
Sides
there is only core slots and auxiliary slots amount

Or did you mean, I have to put them on the map like the regular units
and not like aditional bonus units I get when i make a dececive victory?

Mhm, physically place them on the Poland map.
If you replace all the infantry with SE infantry, and tanks with SE tanks, for example, these units will follow you through your entire campaign, bypassing the normal 3 SE limit.
