Medal List?

Maybe I've missed it somewhere, but does anyone have a complete (or near complete) list of the medals available in game and the requirements for them?

Thanks for the link.
Would be nice to expand on the medals so the cross only takes 1 slot maybe and then have class specific. ie 5 cities neutralised for bombers, 5 fighters destroyed for fighters, 10 aircraft downed for AA etc
