Multiplayer Problem: Overlord

After downloading the multiplayer game Overlord the system hangs at the intro screen where it states 'click to continue'. I tried with escape to exit to desktop, main menu or surrender and nothing works.

Have you check your firewall permissions or the anti-virus software?

I haven't changed anything on the windows firewall, the router firewall or the anti virus software and I just completed another multiplayer game without problems. So I don't think the infrastructure is at fault here.

Yes, I'm a dozen turns into the pbem game and it suddenly stopped working today. The other pbem scenario I was playing was working fine.
