As pointed out on the excellent stategy podcast Three Moves Ahead (where your game was lauded, of course), it was pointed out that an iPad release of Panzer Corps would most likely yield you a metric crapton of money, given how well the game lends itself to a touch interface, combined with the quality of the game.

So, is this something that you´ve given any thought?

Yes, a MAC and very likely also iPad versions will follow later, that is all we can say at this point though.

An IPad Version would be real great!

But I have seen in person the power of a Windows 7 tablet which would have absolutely no trouble running Panzer Korps with no need to modify.

It just requires that again, you are swimming in money

Choice seems to be either settle for your laptop, or grin and bear it and add 500 bucks to the price of your Panzer Korps download.

They also make software that can send the signal of your PC wirelessly to your hand held device of choice such that the device doesn't even need the game installed. You still need to buy the device though.

At 500 bucks, I won't be seeing one this year. I will be lucky to see one next year too I suppose. Logically I should be settling for playing on my laptop in my case though. Swimming in cash does not describe me at all.

Weeeeeell I would agree mostly

But I did buy a Nintendo DS lite originally just to play Panzer Tactics (which was no 500 bucks then hehe).

New platforms will all depend on what Alex wants to do and currently he has his hands full with the Localisation, patch etc. There are no official announcements yet on anything so we'll be listening hard to your feedback but no decisions have been made and no work has started.
