Confirmation email

Hello.
Purchased the game a couple of hours ago, and I did not received any confirmation email for the purchase, the email where I could find I believe the serial.
The one that is mandatory to install the game (I however dl the install file without any issue, and it launches quite nicely, so far^^).
Not sure how long it is for me to get the mail, though.
File name is : PanzerCorpsWehrmacht-SetupRelease-v100
Size is : 428Mo

money transfer is ok but no serial
I used Click and buy

Sorry if you are having problems. There are sometimes delays in processing certain payment types and PayPal can be one of them. Usually it goes through fine but sometimes due to a name mismatch in the details somewhere it gets held up and the order wont get processed until resolved. If you contact us with the details we'll investigate and get you up and running ASAP.

There are sometimes delays in processing certain payment types and PayPal can be one of them.
This will happen easier with people who have not verified their own account at Paypal yet, as Paypal security watches those accounts more cautiously.
For people who use Paypal a lot, my advice verify your own Paypal account, payment will hardly ever suffer a delay after that!

I did not use paypal
I used Click and buy.
After the transaction i got a message like 'transfer ok but the application cant handle the affirmation'

It was a general advise for those who do use or want to use Paypal, not a reply on your particular case, my apologies for the confusion.

Invader if you have an order number we can try and look it up but it sounds like the transaction did not complete for some reason.
