Later Byzantine lists - where are the Genoese Allies?

Shouldn't they appear on whichever list is contemporary to the siege of Constantinople?
This is covered in the army notes in the printed book. By this time the central Byzantine no longer had a field army so they are not allowed in the FOG lists.
