Although I haven't bought this game yet, I will buy it as soon as I am back from vacation. I was getting so frustrated with the quality of PC games coming out lately that I was considering creating an own gaming studio to create games just for me

As an avid gamer from the 80's and 90's I long for the days when gameplay was more important than graphics. Games like Pirates, the SSI Gold Box series, Quest for Glory and of course the Panzer General series.

I hope this is the beginning of a classical PC games revival. Thumbs up for your great job.

I already bought the game and i like it. But not the campaign.
I waited 10 years that a nice game company makes a sequel to the all time great "Panzer General 3D" and the good "Peoples General".

I also play the Total War Series, but only in the round mode. The fighting i let the programm calculate.

Thanks for the comments, but if we may inquire... what about the campaign do you not like? The more feedback we get for what people like (or dislike), the more we can shape these future campaigns to people's preferences. Of course what some people want may be mutually exclusive from what other people are looking for, but who said we're just going to make one campaign?
