Weather Zone Border Lines and Production Queue

Hello,
Would it be possbile to include a feature which would enable you to toggle on and off the weather zone borders on the gaming map? Say a red dotted line. This would be most useful on the vast expanses of Atlantic for example but would be helpful elsewhere, too. Preferably companied with a keyboard shortcut.
Would it be possible to make the production/deploy queue NOT to reset to the first unit after you deploy something from the middle of the queue? Currently you need to click through the first part of the queue after each deployment to get to deploy another unit from the middle.
Just some small UI improvement ideas in mist of the the greater balance in Russia and DOWing on minor countries in the west.
