Sorry to bring this up on the forum but I can't get an answer.

I'm getting back into playing BA after not for a few months. I installed the game, went to install the France addon and found that I had the file but somehow didn't save the serial number. So I wrote to the company. Got an answer from Andrea yesterday with some questions. I answered the questions as best I could and never heard back. I sent a followup this morning and still nothing. I would very much appreciate it if you could check into this and send my serial number to me. Thanks very much.

Doesn't look like the serial is registered to your username, so I can't pull it up from here. I will punt this to Iain as Andrea is not in the office at the moment, so it may have gotten delayed by that.

No, everything is fine. I got my serial number from Andrea a few hours after this was posted and I just assumed you or Iain got it to her as a result of this post so didn't followup here. Maybe I should have.
