MPGlitches/Server maintenance downtime?/capacity overload?

Hi
in the past (the day before yesterday) a turn vanished against my local wargaming buddy "HeinsGuderian" (had to replay that turn #1) because i got the in-game-message: 'no Internet connection' (but i was able to surf the net and access mail via Thunderbird at that time?) I hit retry several times until the turn seams to be uploaded (screen changed) .... but the turn was not transmitted
today i just got the message 'wrong or incomplete request' ....and hit retry several times....
now while, waiting some time (while typing this report) ...retried again ...and it seams to be uploaded ...finally
(those glitches appeared when i had send a message to my opponent before. In turns where i didn't send message there were no problems yet)
...is there some server maintenance downtime in the very early morning hours East Coast (GMT-5) timezone ?
(which is cosy 11am here in Germany
)
