I'd like to know how to replace the highly abstracted and non-historic eagle on the upper right corner of the tactical map and elsewhere with an historically more accurate symbol. It's simple enough to replace the flags on the tactical map with actual swastikas but I haven't been able to find where that psuedo-eagle actually resides in the files. Can anyone help?

You mean the headbase.png in the UI folder?

It was 5 o'clock in the morning when I've done that, so it doesn't look good.
Today I made some new ones, I've worked with a different figure, which is better IMO.

I've flip the head of the eagle to the right (exception the original eagle), due the symbolic meaning. This way is standing for the country and not for the party. The Reichsadler. I just like historical accuracy not the ideology.

Great work! You're right, the black one didn't do well against the background but the gold ones you've added are perfect. My graphics skills are non-existent so I really appreciate this.

How did you do this please? as i'm crap at modding anything

I've edited my previous post with new links, because the eagle head in the Reichsadler is looking to its right shoulder.
Otherwise it would be Parteiadler.

Very good! I wish I had photoshop and some other software as I would like to learn this type of stuff. So far I can only use the simple applications in windows to modify.

Shouldn't the flags, medals and the eagle be in the modding/scenario part of the forum?
