The most interesting part about this AAR is...
(Hint check out their strength!)
Manstein difficulty setting(+5 base enemy strength).
Zero cheats used up to and including this scenario.

Hm, nice work.
Lessons learnt for me were:
dont care about non victory villages
recon units are a wasted slot
lots of art
only 2 thrusts, branching only off to capture last victory hex, without caring about remaining units
really interesting how fast you killed those 15 units, i m happy to manage decisive on the second highest difficulty...
whats the prestige on highest? like normal but with 15 overstr units or like on second highest + 15 overstr.?
i was unable to see, did you use strat bombers?

Recon cars have their place, such as the next scenario where there is a vast area of open space that is relatively undefended, but as combat units, they aren't worth the core slot.
Prestige for Colonel and up, including the bonus difficulty settings is all the same, except for Rommel mode, I think.
Oh and 3 Level bombers(+1 AUX), 0 tactical bombers.

Hi Kerensky,
I'm new to PC. I've started the campaign on Lieutenant difficulty and managed to reach the Low Countries. I used your AAR for my troop deployment.
I have a question regarding the PZIVs: in my case they take a lot of damage. For eg: the allied unit (armored car?) that can be seen with 5 strenght at 0:44 from your movie Panzer Corps: Operation Fall Gelb Part 2 of 2, managed to deal 7 damage to a strength 9 PZIV

. It's true that the it was a mass attack since there was another allied armor next to it, but the damage is still incredible. How can a machine gun firing car destroy 7 heavily armored PZIV? The PZIV was in a "Clear" Hex.
Can you shed some light as how the game mechanics work in this case?
Thanks.
L.E: I have a felling that, in general, the AI has more "luck" during dice rolls. I can think of another turn when 2 of my artilleries and 2 strategic bombers completely missed their targets (no kills, no suppression, no ammo/fuel destroyed, no dust animation

), and had at least 1 or 2 stars.

Those are interesting questions
