Field Fortifications minimal number

If I want to play with FFs I must have a minimal number of 4 FFs or none at all, is that right?
Correct.
Also I think Each group of Fortification must go out in groups not less than 4. So if you buy 7 they are one block.
Note also they can turn 90 degrees at placement.
