Central Byzantine (Early) - Number of Allies Incorrect

The Central Byzantine army listing saw that you can have 3 allies but only two factions are available.
When I tried to create a third ally sub commander I got this message:

Same as what I had gotten for the Golden Horde army when I tried to create a second allied faction.
I went through more of the lists but ran out of time to do them all. I will leave that for the program team to finish. The number of allies for other armies may also be incorrect. Trying to pick the # Ally commanders if the number is incorrect always causes the game to crash.
