Any ideas on how to recreate battle of Falkirk?

I've never used this product before, but want to create William Wallaces side in the battle of Falkirk. Can anyone maybe suggest how I would go about creating it?

I have actually just finished making it and I will be posting it in the scenario forum at the weekend - I am just finishing the last play-test at the moment.
