Hi to everybody here, old Panzer General fan checking in. So I purchased PC via PayPal today and the payment is currently pending (bank account to PayPal = ~2-3 days). Once it's clear, how do I get the game? I'm asking because I can't see a download for it anywhere. This might be a question that more or less answers itself once payment is clear, but I got to tell you, I'm pumped for the game like I've rarely been by a game so I'm a little impatient.

You will receive an email confirming your order and purchase with order-number, seria-lnumber and download link. Download, install with serial number and have fun!

Please keep an eye on your spam/junk mail just in case it slips through.

Usually PayPal orders go through immediately but sometimes they go to review - for reasons we're not sure about. It may just be random checks. Once its approved you'll receive the e-mail so please bear with us. If it has not cleared in the next 24 hours let us know and we'll chase it up. Apologies for the delay.

I just contacted PayPal because there was a problem with the security questions ... payment DID go through and I was told it should be completed tomorrow. Will you guys process it over the weekend or not before next week?

Plimus work 24/7 so I would assume it would get processed over the weekend, but can't guarantee it 100% as it depends what level of security check failed and if it goes to the manual review process which might need to be referred up the chain.

I simply had forgotten my secret questions for my PayPal account which popped up after I had money illegally withdrawn a while back. PayPal simply needed me to verify my account because it was set to limited after the incident (which thankfully got resolved). After some phone back and forth, my account had been reactivated and they told me the money for ordering Panzer Corps should arrive at Plimus today.

*Edit* ... Just got an email from PayPal telling me the payment is done, so I guess it's all good. Thanks for the help and let's see when I'll get the game ^^
