I really enjoy the FoG digital setup and I would love to be able to play/design battles from more recent time periods (esp. the 18th and 19th centuries) along the same game lines. Does anyone know of anything out there like that or do you have any recommendations based on your FoG experience? Thanks!

The old SSI game "Age Of Rifles" would meet you spec and its availavle as a free download, however ot id dificult to get to work with post Windows 98 operating systems and most of then ewer graphics cards which is what did for me, you will need ot instll something called "DosBox" I think.
