Bought it but didn't receive serial

Hello,
i just bought the game through the Slitherine Shop and downloaded it.
I didn't receive the E-Mail with the serial-key yet though.
How long is it supposed to take ?

Sorry you are having problems. Sometimes spam filters prevent mails arriving. You should see your serial on the puchase confrimation page so if you can, write it down immediately.

Yes arrived in my junk folder too
Fortunately my junk folder always tells me when something is in there, and I always look in any folder than has new mail.
