Preview of Nikeforian Byzantine "Protected" horse

Here's a look at Mike Broadbent's latest creation for our 15mm scale Nikeforian Byzantine range -- men who could not afford metal armour so wear a heavy padded fabric jacket. They also wear the "cloth strips" described as being wrapped around their headgear (one has a metal helmet on, the other the felt helmet also described).
The models are two part, the rider's lower torso and legs being part of the horse, so that the fabric coat can fold down onto the horse, as the original manuals indicate. This provides four different variations.
These could be used as the all-archer "flanker" cavalry units in Field of Glory, or as the archer on a base of thematic cavalry (personally I think I'd use men in proper metal klivanion for the Tagmatics).
The Nikeforian range should be back up for sale soon, and these will be added later, probably in about two months.
