I installed both "parts" of 2.07 version, so Thames is always south of London, if river names are ON and OFF.

But in combat aspect looks like its still in old place. See :

Is the issue you're seeing from a game saved game started before the update? The map tile updates will "show" the river for both games started before and after the update. However; games started before will use the terrain effects stored in that game using the old map and, while the map tiles will show the updated river, the effect of the river will be as you see it.
