Played seallion 40/42 on both corporal and field marshal and nowhere in any other scenario could i find the option to purchase any kind of naval units.I don't mean the option too add in custom map or scenario.Is this intensional or will it be fixed or added please?

I don't think designers will generally give enough prestige to buy naval units. If it costs 2000 to buy a ship (it was already commissioned and this just means it became available for use) that 2000 can be used on any other unit, too, which may unbalance the scenario. Normally ships are placed by the designer with no option to add more by the player.

Perhaps it should optional purchase for creation of new custom maps/scenarios only and not in stock or default scenarios?
