Slitherine

The GS2 manual (p. 130) states that extreme winter occurs with Russian borders north of hex row 45 (just north of Crimea).

But isn't 45 on the south side of the sea? Is severe winter north of 35 instead?

It's winter north of row 45 and severe winter north in row 33 (core Russian hexes only)
