Sales Transaction problem

I purchased Field of Glory Immortal Fire through your website this morning - via RBS WorldPay, on behalf of Slitherine Software UK Ltd.
But although the transaction was confirmed by RBS - I have received nothing from Slitherine nor can I download?
What gives?
