Uploading MP games issue

Generally, things go without a hitch but in a significant number of times the following happens:
  • I play the turn and end it
Message: 'Uploading game' - all good
Error: Failed to connect to server. Please check your Internet Connection' (I know the connection is fine)
    Button: Retry
    Error: Wrong turn
    Button: Cancel
The turn disappears from my list of games and my opponent seems to be able to play it fine.
Is it my system?

I've been experiencing this issue as well. It seems to go away on its own if you come back in an hour or so, but that's not exactly the best solution.

As mentioned twice beforehand... the loading time is really slow.
It is worse with each release.

If we expect 2000 players I believe Slitherine will have an issue.

Could you please send me the log after this happens again? I need to check what's going here, maybe it is a server-side problem, but we may need to fix the client too. Too late for 1.0, but it can be fixed in the first patch.

Sure - it probably happens about 50% of the time and the other 50% uploads without a hitch. Non-scientific testing there! I will send the log next time I see it.

Here is the one from my system now: http://dl.dropbox.com/u/16283408/Panzer ... -07-01.txt

Oddly enough, this was a real problem for me about prior to the release candidate stage. Since the RCs have been in place, I haven't encountered it since.

Here is a copy of my log file which failed - I used the procedure in the first post to get it through.

Log: http://dl.dropbox.com/u/16283408/Panzer ... led%29.txt

BTW and a caution - the log file is logging and showing passwords! I xxx-ed them out in the files.
The files look identical to me, but the time stamp on the latest one is correct in my file system.
