Should checking and unchecking Full Screen box on the launcher actually work? Game launches always in full screen mode regardless the status of the box over here.

I like to play in the full screen mode so it's not a biggie but sometimes I'd like use the windowed mode too. The windowed mode works, but only way for me to get into it is start the game and take the toggle full screen off from there.

Any ideas? A leftover settings file from a previous version somewhere? Or something totally different?
