i tryed to rename the SE Units in the "equipment.pzeqp"

I used the standard texteditor of Windows 7 and i renamed all SE Units, saved the file and started panzer corps
Loading the RC4 Savegame, Poland Decisive Victory, End turn, come to Norway, i gain a SE Unit ... but why is it still a SE Unit

Whats my mistake? Can anyone explain me how to rename the units?

"Loading" is where you slipped up. Any equipment file changes only take affect on a brand new campaign or brand new multiplayer map.
This was done for both stability and anti-cheat purposes.
