PG to PzC conversion tool?

Are there any plans to make a PG to PzC scenario conversion tool? There are so many great scenarios that have been made over the years for PG2, for example, and it would be very interesting to see how they go in PzC. Of course, there would need to be some tweaking done after the conversion but it seems to my untrained eye at least possible to create a conversion:
*.scn file in PG2
unit type correlation could enable: strength, experience, entrenchment conversion, adoption of PzC unit stats etc.
*.map file in PG2
hex type conversion, roads could come across. Probably not entirely clean but a start.
I am going to try a manual conversion of one of my scenarios from PG2 to PzC (I know the scale is not the same) and see what happens to the scenario balance but, especially when the product is released and dozens of designers think about doing the same, a friendly tool to assist would be great.
