Thanks for allowing me to take part in the Beta test - a smashing (addictive) game. I have played through from Poland to W Coast USA in campaign mode as a colonel, failing at the last hurdle when a sneaky US recon unit recaptured an unguarded Sacramento. This campaign was played on an elderly HP Presario 2500 laptop with limited internal graphics: no problems encountered.

Only a couple of thoughts: ground heavy artillery v ships - fine, but other ground forces v ships seems a trifle optimistic; also it seems a little odd to allow anti-tank Stugs to capture cities whilst artillery Stugs cannot. Otherwise, everything appears great: as a beginner to hex style games, it was easy to pick up; the look of the game and the tutorial messages/mechanics are wonderful and the number of different scenarios/ options is smashing. Should be a winner!

Yes I will always second this type of threads, I believe they put together a smashing game.

As one of the devs put it though, show your thanks by "Spreading the Word!"

I plan to have a detailed review at launch, so in all the forums you guys go to I suggest you spread the word there (At a risk of sounding like a Spam Bot).

I believe PzC is the best game to bring new fans to the genre, and allow Lordz Game Studios to continue making wargaming goodness.

I'll chime in with my thanks and congratulations as well. this game is going to be a monster success and it's been a pleasure to be a (small) part of it. No game I've ever worked on has been tested to such an extent and it is as smooth and pretty and as near to bugless as anyone could hope for. Wow. It's gonna be great. I just wish I could be privy to the sales figures. They are going to be eye-popping.

Salute!
