I am playing a PBEM game as allied, We are late 1940 and my opponent elected not to conquer Paris and instead go for the rest of France, so I had to kill the surrounded unit in Paris with suicide attacks, when I finally killed that unit at the end of the turn I was asked to accept or reject an armistice offered by the French government!, is that WAD? BTW I selected to accept it

You as the allied player were given the option to accept of reject the armistice?

Yes, I'm the Axis player and one turn Paris was held by the French and the next turn I get the message that they have surrendered and Vichy France is being formed. This must be a bug.

You as the allied player were given the option to accept of reject the armistice?

Same here, except I'm playing a test game as Allied against Axis AI. I've made a fair few changes to the strengths of the minor allied nations' forces, which has resulted in the Axis AI being able to take Paris within a very reasonable timeframe.

At the fall of Paris, the offer box appeared. I thought this a bit strange.

Same here too, I am playing a PBEM as Axis and it was asked the same to my Allied opponent...

This bug in the initial release (GSv2.00) has been found and fixed. The fix will be in the patch (GSv2.01) when it comes out.
