Tin Soldier vikings

Good Morning!
I'm looking to buy a few viking figures and currently considering getting them from Tin Soldier, but the picture they have on their web site isn't very clear.
So does anyone have opinions or pictures of them?
BTW as I'm only getting 12 bases I thought to mix the beserks, bondi and huscurals (to get that "irregular" look and so I can pass them off as different armour classes).

I've never seen the Tin Soldier ones (I didn't even know they made them) but I think Two Dragon Vikings are excellent myself.

Tin soldier are... characterful. I like them. Most others don't. They are rough and deep cut, good for wash dry brush techniques.
I would say they are tricky to mix with other manufacturers. They have a look all of their own.
I ended up getting rid of all mine, just because they looked different from everyone else's dark age figures. I now have two dragons, which i think are great. I still get the ugly dwarf comments though.
Thanks

I would echo the thoughts that 2 Dragons are better. They have an excellent selection of 'real' poses, holding up shields to stop arrows etc.

The Tin soldier troops uniqueness lies in the dolly stature used to base thier models on. they are thick adn stumpy so look fine if the whole army is made of them but generally I liken them to smurfs with armour.

I have an entire Viking army that is made of Two Dragon and painted to a high standard. I can say this because I didn't paint them

.
Trouble is I don't have a camera that can do good detail, so I can't send you pictures easily.
However, saying that there is a picture of a Two Dragon Viking warband in the rule book. Toward the back there is a Viking with a huge banner - I belivee it's mostly yellow with a chevron'd bottom. These are two dragon miniatures.

Thanks, last thing I just want to check is: do the two dragon figures have variation in each pack of 10 (different poses an so forth)?

do the two dragon figures have variation in each pack of 10
no, they are all the same pose. You need to buy a mix pack for more variety.
thanks

Not quite true. True for the most part, but there are some packs that have different poses. I think it explains it in the listing though.
