Will there be any campaigns or scenarios that take place in North Africa?

Yes, we have Africa planned among others for the future. We see this as a first game of a whole series, Africa, Allied, Pacific, Fantasy, Korea would all be great to cover... and in the mean time improving the game and AI with every release, that is our goal and plan.

What I really want is the WHAT IF campaigns. I want the WHAT IF Russia got to Berlin FIRST. Now the war goes from 45 to 48, or whenever the communists got a chance to invade the rest of the Western nations.

I guess the Russians (or allies) would have to still commission axis armour in order to keep the PANZER CORPS title still making sense.

Naturally, I'd expect to see a lot of IS-3's being purchased...

I'm confused - they did get to Berlin first. Do you mean if the Allies got there first? You'd have to remove the political realities of that decision and assume the Allies expected war with Stalin. Not likely, but possible, I suppose. I think Patton was of that mindset, if I'm not mistaken!

I hope that Africa will only complement the campaign and will be linked to the original game.

I do not see Africa as a stand alone. BORING! BORING!

It would have to encompass, invasion of Italy and war in Russia and D-Day.
