I guess I haven't been paying attention to this part of game but I just can't remember if, in situation where French Armistice is rejected, the Free French are supposed to get garrisons in North Africa or not. I didn't find anything in release notes but I looked fast so might've missed them.

I just finaly got around to try this option myself in the current public version of GS2 and I'm surprised to see all coastal cities getting a FF GAR after I rejected the offer.

Anyone care clear this up for me?

Yep - FF go to empty ports when you reject armistice - that is why the Axis needs to occupy them before rejecting the armistice - or go and take them one at a time.

Ok, so instead of taking Paris immediately, I should've sent some transports 1st...

That is the only way to get them easy - but you can only land one Italian without paying landing fees so it gets expensive - and allies can force armistice decision by evacuating Paris.
