I received an email to participate in Beta testing a few days ago. This being my first experience as a Beta tester, I'm offering a "pre-emptive" apology if the following question has already been asked:

Is there a Manual included in the download? I was planning to review the manual and try to make sure the game plays as described in the manual.

Manual is almost done but not included yet in RC2.

However the game is designed with a tutorial campaign, tutorial messages and tooltips, so we hope people can get going even without the manual present. That is an important part of the game design, so just start and tell us how it is going.

Thanks for the quick responce. I'll start the tutorial right now.

whilst the digital down load will be quicker and allow instant play, I may have to wait for the boxed edition when I purchase the game as there is something about having a nice shiny manual to flick through whilst you wait for the game to load onto your laptop/PC

You will be able to order a boxed version with printed manual.

There may or may not be a printed manual - TBD!

My apologies, I was not aware this was still TBD, at least a wonderful PDF will be available...

PDF is fine. I just enjoy the game so much, i am passed really caring about a manual.lol
