As far as I could understood, if I ordered a box version, the shipping to Europe is made from USA. Am I correct?
How long does it take to reach Europe?
Finally, is the manual printed?

Hi - if you ordered from Slitherine the shipping is all currently from our UK HQ. Currently all boxed games come with printed manuals but we are looking to add a print on demand feature which would not always include printed manuals but allow future games to be boxed even when the print runs dont justify it - i.e. no retail release.

And for those who buy the boxed version are they entitled to download the digital?
Have you ever considered in a Collector's Edition?

Currently no you dont get digital and boxed - you have to choose. When we move to POD you will be able to get both.
