Now this is the new thread for the big maps - Thank you Iain.
The bigger maps are meant for nice Multiplayer games, but a Campaign modus with an Tankgroup like Guderian are possible - I hope.
Now - with Panzer Corps - we can bring up the WWII to a new level for years to play - Thank you !

We must only find a good translator between my map code and your map code - than you can use all this great maps with Panzer corps !!!

As I see it big maps are going to be a bit of a problem in PC, mostly because of range related gameplay functions.

Current maps are at least 10km/hex. If you were to, say, change the range values for all units and somehow get that balanced, even then artillery probably wouldn't defend 'adjacent' units like it should as an adjacent unit on a 1 klick hex map could be in a range of a few hexes away.

Excessively large maps are capable of being made in the editor , but we generally find that they to only appeal to a very specific crowd. So while the option to create these maps does exist for those who wish to, no map in the release version of the game is larger than... 60x60 or so.

Something really worries me about that Britt. Why are his legs as big as his waste?

Only one problem with mega huge maps like that first you need a silly amount of units and open slots then more prestige then you know what to do with.

Well color me impressed, quite an effort of quality work. Hopefully they will be playable; reminds me of my HPS Panzer Campaign games. Kudos!

Those maps are pretty large but look very playable if you play three turns per day, otherwise it will take forever.
