Immediate familiarity with the look and feel of the game....Original Panzer General devotee.
Quick glance across the UI and with the advent of scroll over tips, you know what button does what.
Map is excellent. Graphics are excellent. The choice of hex lines being clear, faded, strong was a very nice touch.
Haven't noticed any Terrain Effects information other than what was mentioned in the Tutorials regarding Rivers (but this is only the first few minutes)
As mentioned in the forum before, delay after clicking/selecting units on various screens can be annoying.
Scrolling the map can be choppy
Like the setup of "Left Click to select, Right Click to Move" as it tends to prevent mistaken moves that cant be undone.
Bottom Line on first few minutes...A Game you can just jump right into without a manual (but is the Help file turned off?)
