85mm Soviet AA.
Can we get this unit to have the special ability to switch to an AT unit?
doest seem fair the Germans can do it but not the Russians.

yes I agree. In my opinion, all AAs should have that ability.

That's the plan, for all AD and AA units to be transformers. There's more to it than just unit stats though, there's also a lot of art assets involved. So this may not happen right away.
