I am relatively new to beta testing and have enjoyed it. Just out of curiosity, I was wondering how many people are beta testing the game?
I know its not relative to the game, but it is the inquisitive side of me coming out.

.
I can't answer the question but I've tested for both Matrix and HPS and I've never seen as many beta testers as here. I was just stunned by the number.

The anticipation has been overwhelming, within one weekend after announcing the Beta, all test places were already taken.
The Beta registration has been 3 times overridden as we kept it open.
At the moment more than 500 people have been invited to our test program... it has broken a few records I believe.
Normally only 20% of those invited actually report so we always take a margin, but the quality of you testers has been fantastic.
Really constructive feedback and in an adult, constructive and polite way. It motivated us enormous, so thanks to all involved.
Cheers,
Tim aka LZ

As a first time tester, I must say it has been a great experience and the development team has been excellent to deal with. The improvements to the game that I have witnessed over the last couple weeks has also been very well done.
Cheers

I will second that!
It has been a pleasure working with you guys - both the devs and fellow testers. I have worked on beta programs before, but never with Lordz or Slitherine. It has been a very good experience for myself, too, not only in that I have been able to help out with the development of such a wonderful game, but also in that I have been able to get into contact with such a mature community - a rarity in many games.
I would like to say thanks to all involved!

I have to agree with the posters above... this is my first beta testing experience as well, and it has been thoroughly enjoyable. It gives me confidence that the PzC crew is more than capable of doing justice to the PG franchise. And I'm not surprised at how many folks responded to the call for testers -- considering this a well-loved game series that has been around since 1994, I suspect there are more than quite a few players who are eager to see PzC launch.

wow. I guess that just shows the need for a PG remake/update. I didnt expect it to be anywhere near that number/ But I second the other comments, it has been a great experience. I had only ever tested Football manager live before being accepted for Panzer Corps
I put my name down for both PC and Time of Fury. I was unlucky both games first time round, but managed to get in on later on PC and I have loved every minute. As others have said the community has been great to see great improvements to the game from comments from myself and other testers. My hat off to the developers and testers.
I hope to do more game tests in the future now that my appetite has been well and truly wetted!
The fact that there is that many testers shows the demand for this game!
