Free Corps in Finland

Will the Germans get the free corps in Finland if Norway is conquered after Finland joins the Axis?

No. The free corps is triggered when Finland is activated. If Norway and Sweden are both neutral then there won't be a free corps. The corps is actually a unit in northern Norway moving into Finland at the start of Barbarossa.
