Partroop Range Working as Designed

Just to double-check, when a country gets an air-range upgrade, paratroopers are able to jump at the increased range on that same turn (before any other air units' ranges are actually increased through ugprades). I believe this is working as designed. Can someone confirm?

Yes. That's how it works.
