AI in scenario

Often I find that the computer sends the attacking unit, regardless of transport. Then funny situations arise ..

RC2: In a scenario norway AI not use the Paratroopers. Just flying around town with a JU52, but refrain from planting them on the ground for all turns. :)

The German AI has been notorious for not dropping its paratroops. Maybe the AI German forgot to pack the parachutes? :lol:

Well, at least the AI doesn't cheat, yet. In a new Norway Campaign, it ran a Brit desrtoyer into one of my capitol ships, was suprised, and almost destroyed. This was good to find out!!

A computer with a mission "Sea Lion" does not use water transportation, bought the unit in the southern part and stayed there.

I consistently see the AI run into units and get ambushed, even though another unit has it in range of it's vision.

Thats not possible - you can only be ambushed by hidden units - if you have seen that its a bug. Can you give an example?

It happens to the AI all the time. There is no way to catch it unless you saved every turn as a different file name and then waited for it to happen.

The AI usually moves the same way so we could probably catch it that way.
