How does PBEM work in PzC?

I am used to playing PG2 by email where the procedure is:
- Start a new PBEM game
Play first turn
End turn and save
Email turn to opponent who does the same and sends it back.
How does PBEM work in PzC? I enter the Multiplayer screen and see a place to start challenges, accept challenges etc but how do I start a game with Player A in the US when I am in Australia?

Just accept any challenge.
Move when your turn.

So, if I want to play a specific player, I start a game (I assume I can set the game to private) and then what? He joins the game and plays his turn. How does the end of turn work? I am having difficulty testing this aspect of the game's functionality because when I log on there are no challenges open and no-one around. That's the beauty of PBEM in PG2 - you play the turn whenever you're ready and don't need the other player to be around.

I can tell you there are over 100 games going on right now, so you don't see any because they're all taken and being played. No games are sitting idle.

That's how PzC works. Post a challenge, someone will pick it up no doubt, and then as long as it's your turn, you can play whenever you want to 'pick up' the game.

OK posting a test challenge now. Cheers

I'd accept it, because that's my second favorite map, but I'm currently capped at 20 active games. I'm certain someone will pick it up in no time though, then you'll get a better feeling of how it works.

From what I saw in a couple of turns it's very impressive. One of the big problems with PG2 PBEM was cheating - this will go a long way (all the way?) towards preventing that. Great job and very easy to use. My only criticism, and I know it's been picked up elsewhere is the lack of a replay of your opponent's turn. Is that coming?

Yes, that is coming in the next update.
