Idea for Destroyers and Subs

I think it would be a good idea for destroyers to have the "switch" ability that AA units have. They have AA armaments and should be able to attack planes in their area. Another idea might be to make it so only DD's can spot subs in order to increase the "cat and mouse" game between the surface ships (and maybe level bombers as well; they can drop buoys). I find it odd that anything can spot a sub especially something like a radar station on the Sealion maps (radar can only spot surfaced subs). I've noticed on the sea maps like Norway and Sealion, the AI seems to always go for the DD's first. Now, I would think that is so it's subs will have free reign once the DD's are gone. Making it so DD's are the only ones who can spot them would increase the tension and make subs just a little more lethal. To balance it, subs shouldn't be able to get many hits on a DD since they don't usually attack DD's (they try to get away from them). I've gotten as many as 5 hits on a DD on several occasions. Subs really should be less effective against them.
As a last note, I really like having some sea invasion maps because they add an extra dimension of strategy. I hear you may be adding an African campaign as a later expansion (Afrika Corps sounds like a natural title). That would be great and one that I'd be really interested in playing. Maybe, you might consider a Pacific campaign as well (the Pacific campaign is sorely lacking in the WWII genre). Pacific Corps, maybe? It would be really cool to have an "island hopping" campaign interspersed with some naval/air battles like Midway (which could also be made into some good MP maps). We could also, for the first time, have core Navy units in addition to our core Army and Air Force. There could also be new units like dive bombers and torpedo planes. Just a thought for the future, because I believe Panzer Corps will be a success and looking forward to some great expansions.
