super unit limitation/dynamic costs

Hello guys,
I was wandering if you have thought of implementing a realistic feature of particular unit limitation like,for example, not allowing a player have more than 2 TigerII units.

Also, a more greater feature would be dynamic costs for units.
For example, fresh tank models should be expensive in the begining while later, the cost decreases.

Another way to have dynamic costs is to exploit the campaign history graph. If for example, the player has lost some battles should have an impact on the available manpower and material thus the player has to spend more prestige to get new units.

ps. talking about fresh equipment, is it possible to get a prototype as a great reward for ..domething?
