Hi I noticed before update and since update that you pound an enemy with arty and aircraft to get a nice yellow or orange pin/supression on them attack them with one ground unit and the revert to white again with full fighting capability against the next ground attack, is this intended or a bug?

Intended.

From a game play standpoint, permanent suppression was too crippling. You could neuter a high experience unit with one or two shots and they would be completely helpless against potentially infinite follow up attacks.
