Is it now possible to buy CEAW with v2.0 already incorporated?

Yes. Slitherine remastered the CEaW MH installer to include both the MH base (or vanilla) game and the GSv2.00 expansion.

There is a small technical delay - it as supposed to be up 2 days ago but they have taken ages to put it up. It is not there yet but will be any day
For now you have to download GS separately. It is the same installer though.

It's all up and running. When you buy now you get GS included!
