Issues in my game as Axis

1. In turn 49 there was a popup that Axis oil reserves are running low even though I had 429 in my oil reserve.
2. In June 1941 there was a popup that USSR seizes territory in Karelia and Finland joins the Axis. Didn't USSR seize this territory in 1939? Why does Finland join the Axis when Germany is not even at war with USSR?
3. In June 1941 Stalin announces that the industries that he moved are now at full production. Why did he move industry when we are not even at war yet?
