After loosing the Sealion40 Map i ve reached Greece, during the deployment phase i can only deploy 12 units, in phase one i cant deploay any unit from the reserve list
Playing on level "colonel" is this a known bug?

It's a feature, but certain aspects are buggy. Page 19 and page 20 on The Bug Thread have details.

I believe it's a design choice since it's a fairly easy map to overrun with your complete army. I'd rather see less non-core units, though (or maybe eliminating all of land based ones, leaving just the non-core navy in the far west?). That would open more spots for your core army. There are 3 infantry and an artillery on the western side of the map plus another 2 infantry and artillery in your main deployment area. That's 7 more spots you could allow core units to deploy.
As the map is now, your best bet is to deploy your newest units and the ones with the least experience. Give the veterans a "day off" and treat the mission as an experience builder so your greener units can rank up.
