Bug 1 , When Axis conquered Basra , the CV in the left of the port ,could not move , also could not back to Atlantic
Bug 2 , When Axis conquered Basra , the Ally transport convoy still go into the Basra Port which Axis had conquered , & then appeared words" Naval unit in captured port destroyed " ( it happened two times during the last two turn)

The reason for 1 is that the Red Sea transport loop is owned by the side controlling Port Said and you can't move through a transport loop hex unless you own it.

There are so few hexes available in the Persian Gulf so you might end up in a port hex. So if the Allied player sends ships to the Persian Gulf you can end up in the Basra port if the area is crowded. Then it will be destroyed because the port is enemy controlled.

This is not really a bug, but rather a limitation with the game engine. We need to alter the game engine code for this special case that will happen in less than 1 of 100 games. Doing so might even introduce bugs elsewhere so it's not something I think is really important.

If the Allied player loses Basra then it seems they're about to lose the game anyway. It takes a lot of time for the Axis to get to Basra and in the mean time the Allies should be able to get USA in the war and they can send reinforcements to Basra before the Germans get there.

You are quite right for the bug's explaination . But regarding to the game end , I think even if Ally lose Basra , They will not lose the game . we will see .

Indeed. As the Allies I have lost Basra, but it's not necessarily been fatal. For the Axis to seize Basra they have to skimp on efforts in Russia.
